I watched the trailer for the great film called ‘That Sugar Film’! A very healthy man who does not normally eat sugar eats quite a bit and the results to his health and size are shocking!

Our bodies do not need added sugar for optimum health and energy. Natural sugars are found in vegetables, fruit and grains. Refined grains like white flour, white rice and cornflour turn to glucose quickly when eaten, making the level of sugar in our blodd rise even higher.

I stopped eating sugar 10 years ago which is great! If i fancy something sweet i love fruit or there is a delicious range of very healthy ‘nak’d’ snack bars, sold in health food shops and supermarkets; yummy!
