• Avoid; processed wheat and foods, diet drinks and artificial sweeteners, sugar and high fructose corn syrup (which also contribute to heart disease, diabetes, obesity, cancer and ageing skin.)
  • Eat ginger and pineapple (or juice them!)
  • Drink more water
  • Eat whole grains, cultured foods like yoghurt and sauerkraut to increase the amount of healthy bacteria in the gut and to boost your immunity
  • Eat dark leafy greens; spinach, kale, broccoli, chard and collards. They are packed with anti inflammatory nutrients.
